Outage Information on Comodo ONE (12/04/2017)

Dear Customers,

We would like to first apologize for the outage that occurred on Dec 4th , 2017 which effected our ITSM infrastructure. Availability to our customers is of the highest concern at Comodo and we appreciate your patience during the time to identify and remediate the issue that caused the outage. Our engineers identified the root cause to a failure of a specific protocol that handles our real time updates from the ITSM portal to endpoints which in turn caused a backlog of requests that were not able to be processed and caused the 503 errors upon customers trying to use Comodo ITSM. Due to the backlog, it took us longer than expected to get all systems back to operation but we are now back to 100% usability as of Dec 5th, 2017. During this time, we have implemented more monitoring and changes to prevent this issue from re-occurring.
