Patch Management Agent Status

The Patch Management Agent status is showing down in the Patch Management Module. How do we restart the agent? We’ve tried restarting the computer but that does not seem to work.

If the Patch Management Agent is reported as offline in the web portal while the device is online, this usually indicates a connectivity issue. Please check if that device is using any proxy to connect to the internet and if it is able to reach 69.4.82.60 (patch.comodo.com) on port 443 (“telnet patch.comodo.com 443”).

If everything looks fine, please send us the logs below to c1-support@comodo.com for further investigation:

- Msinfo32 from the affected machine: Start > Run > msinfo32> File > Save
- PM Agent version
