Patch Management - Third Party Applications update latest version error

Hello everyone,

every time I update software from third to last version has happened the error below:

TIME STATUS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
2019/01/28 05:08:36 PM Overall operations fail Some Operations are failed.
2019/01/28 05:08:35 PM Operation finished fail Download of https://patchportal.one.comodo.com/portal/packages/spm/JRE%20(x64)/x64/jre-8u192-windows-x64.exe failed, reason: Error transferring https://patchportal.one.comodo.com/portal/packages/spm/JRE (x64)/x64/jre-8u192-windows-x64.exe - server replied: Not Found
2019/01/28 05:08:04 PM Operation started Operation is in progress for JRE (x64) 8.0.1920.12.
2019/01/28 05:08:04 PM Operation resolve success Resolving Operation is completed.
2019/01/28 05:08:04 PM Operation resolve started Resolving Operation is started.

Anybody know what this is?

There is currently an existing server-side issue with the Patch Management. What you posted above is the same failed result experienced by other users. The product development team are already working on a solution for this situation so that you (and other users) can go back to managing your endpoints’ OS and 3rd party updates/installations.
