I have a company in my ITSM, that I do not have an entry to under my customer tab. I tried to add the company, the delete it, but that did not do it. I also moved 2 computers to the default group of the company, now I can not remove them from the group, and the default group of the company now says [copied] in front of it. I used to have a group in a different company that had the same name, but I have since deleted group, in hopes to be able to put the systems in the group to the company, then remove and delete the company. Now I can not remove them from that group of the ghost company…
