We have a requirement to print out a Service Record Sheet for some customers and this is basically a standard ticket with a few extra fields. When we go to print a ticket we get most of the info that is needed but something as simple as the customer is not listed. I have tried using the manage forms section but there doesn’t seem to be a way to influence which fields are present on the print out. Is there a way to customise the final print of a ticket?
Just in case this is something others would like to be able to do, the position is, it is not possible in the current version of Itarian. It is on the long term roadmap apparently.
Thanks for posting the update Dermski. I’ve been waiting a year for this too. If it helps you, I’ve been printing to .csv and manually entering what I need. FUN.
