Prio admin did not backup 2FA backup codes, now we can't get logged in!

Help!

We can’t get logged into one of our ITarian orgs!

The previous administrator did not save the backup codes for the account, and we don’t have the 2FA account created on any of our authenticators. I have a password to get logged in, but now we are COMPLETELY locked out of the account.

What can we do?
