Problem Access Backup Portal

Dear Sir/Madam,

An urgent issue has cropped up. I recently downgraded my acronis subscription and I now cannot access the console through the comodoone platform.

In subscriptions the subscription I downgraded to says suspended , in the https://accounts.comodo.com it says it is valid.

I urgently need to access the console can you provide a direct link and also a fix to the problem?
