I have been using the platform for a couple weeks now, but as of today, my admin console started acting weird, could not apply policies, kept saying it was already applied when it was not. Now my admin consoles errors out when trying to log into comodo?? Anyone else having an issue like this??
I sounds like a network communication issue but please send us some logs from admin console and from the endpoint that you can’t apply policy again for further investigation.
You can mail the logs to support email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Here are the log locations: if the device has X86 architecture:
C:\Program Files (x86)\COMODO\RMM Administration Console\logs
C:\Program Files (x86)\COMODO\RMM Agent\logs
if the device has X64 architecture:
C:\Program Files\COMODO\RMM Administration Console\logs
C:\Program Files\COMODO\RMM Agent\logs
