Hello, We’ve identified a few computers that require a reboot. I’ve run the procedure “Reboot Machine with User Interaction” and nothing happens but a failure as follows:

I’ve gone as far as testing this on a local machine to see if there’s a pop-up or some “user interaction” mechanism, but nothing happens. What am I missing?
ps. If I go to the device and simply use the “reboot” option above, a window DOES pop up and give the user the option to delay, but this the “procedure” is what is failing.
