Procedure to install Patch agent

Is it possible to use RMM procedure to install c4_agent.msi? I have it configured properly, I think, but when I run the procedure the RMM agent on the target reports c4_agent.msi setup file could not be downloaded.

Need some clarification on how the procedure should be setup.
