After the work of the backend team on the ITSM issue earlier and our testing here in C1 Support, running procedures are back to normal. Other affected aspects of the C1 platform are also back to their proper working order. Please do try again and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused on your part.

quick check, ran the get IP config, very quick to action, lets hope this stays like this !! :slight_smile:
