What can we do improve our RMM experience. You can sight use case about the difficulty you face and suggest how can we improve it.

I am glad to see that there are plans to relaunch the platform with new features. I understand that RMM is a highly competitive and difficult business but I hope this is not another flash in the pan. Regarding improvements as NCS said in another post there are dozens of ideas that we have left on the feedback site waiting to be implemented. I don’t think this forum I would say abandoned is the right place. I would also like to see more communications, webinars, and status updates on the roadmap indicating that there is a clear plan, thank you.
