Quarantine question


I’ve noticed that e-mails quarantined by SRN/KRN or RBL are never included in the quarantine e-mail reports sent to users or even the quarantine webmail.Not sure if this is a known issue or some configuration error on my part.

I’ve ticked the “Quarantine RBL emails” option and the emails in question do actually show up in the quarantine logs on the web admin interface and can be released. But these e-mails never show up on the user side, only the tagged e-mails do such as “CERTAINLY SPAM” etc.

Any thoughts on this? Hopefully, someone can point me in the right direction.
