When I’m using the communication agent on my Android phone and I click on the “circle with the i” and then click on “Get Support” button, the message goes to my ITSM portal notification window instead of creating a service desk ticket. How can I have my users submit a ticket to the service desk via their Android phone?
As of the moment, this functionality is still not present. Users (non-staff) will need to open a browser and access the support portal to be able to submit a support ticket.
