I am looking for 2 scripts one for RAM and one for CPU. When the trigger goes off for high RAM or CPU usage is it possible to get a script that runs after to list what the top 5 processes are that are using the most? Also when that script runs to have that information added to the ticket?
There is a predefined procedure that does as you request, as far as the ticket, that is configured in your alert section. Mine is set up exactly how you are describing.
Sorry, I said exactly, but the CPU and ram scripts are compiled in one, so you see both when you check the logs.

I have it set it up. Is it possible to get the results of the scrip added to the ticket? right now I get them in a separate email. is their a setting im missing?
