Really big log files on RMM folder

Hi All,

Was wondering why a machine we have created over 40GB of log files in the RMM folder in c drive. Is there a way to prevent this as it’s used almost all the space up for it.

Hello @monster-it ,

In this case, please try to uninstall Old RMM and install it back again and let us know if issue will still persists.

We have a lot of computers with this issue. It will take a lot of man hours to uninstall and reinstall every device (as it’s on all our devices bar two).

Please utilize this script procedure as of the meantime. This can uninstall the OLD RMM agent on the managed devices https://scripts.itarian.com/frontend/web/topic/uninstall-rmm-agent.
