I have started up my machine this morning and the icons have returned to the default ITSM - the profile is still being applied and the UI settings are correct.
I have restarted the ITSM services - NO change - OLD ICON
please advise

I have removed all branding saved the profile then re added and it started working again…weird…but glads its back
I did have to do this on all my profiles with rebranding set
