Registered for the Itarian Forums...got upgraded???

I was using the free Dragon Platform to managed my family’s endpoints. After the recent release/upgrade of Endpoint Manager Comm Client 6.31.30538.19100 and CES 11.6.0.7829 I was looking for some assistance because several endpoints were not upgrading to the latest CES 11.6.0.7829 even when I send a task to update to the latest version. All endpoints automatically upgraded to EMCC 6.31.30538.19100 without any problems.

I check the Comodo Dragon forums which is either offline and throws up an error when visiting their site or has no posts on those forums. So I head over to the Itarian forums and register. My account is upgraded to an MSP account and now I cannot see any endponts, policy templates, etc from the previous version of Dragon Platform.

I download a new Endpoint Manager Comm Client MSI from my new MSP portal and try to install…states the client is already installed. I do a repair which suceeds and the endpoint still does not check into the new MSP portal website, still checking into the old Dragon Platform. I try uninstalling the Endpoint Manager Comm Client but get the following error. “Service RmmService )RmmService) could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system services.” I am an admin on my system.

How do I get back to the free Dragon Platform portal?

I had to uninstall Comodo Endpoint Security, reboot, uninstall EMCC, reinstall the new EMCC MSI and now my computer is checking into the new MSP portal. Now I’ll have to do this on all my family’s computers. Thankfully it’s only about a dozen devices. But now I have to re-do all the policy templates, etc

Thanks Jimmy (Comodo Tech Support Team) for the email response. http://platform-us.comodo.com is the Dragron Platform site I was looking for and my endpoints are listed there.
