Hi, any roadmap date about a rewamping of the gui?
Hi, I’ve been a long-time user of your RMM platform and have always appreciated its core functionality. However, I’m increasingly concerned about the lack of transparency regarding its future development.
Recent updates seem focused mainly on bug fixes and backend stability, with no clear signs of innovation in areas like automation, AI integration, or advanced endpoint management. Meanwhile, competitors are actively investing in AI-driven workflows, patch intelligence, and proactive diagnostics.
Additionally, I’ve sent a couple of emails to support@itarian.com over the past few weeks and haven’t received any response. This silence — combined with the absence of a public roadmap — gives the impression that the RMM product is no longer a strategic priority, and that the company’s focus has shifted toward cybersecurity services under Xcitium.
If that’s the case, I believe the community deserves a clear update so we can make informed decisions about continuing to invest in the platform.
Could you please share any updates on the roadmap and the future direction of Itarian RMM?
Thank you.
Thank you for sharing your concerns — and for your continued partnership.
You’re right that recent updates have focused primarily on backend stability. That’s because we’ve been laying the groundwork for our next major leap: ITarian Managed AI.
This will give MSPs like you the ability to:
• Deploy prebuilt AI agents for sales, support, operations, and IT tasks
• Offer AI management as a service to your clients — creating an entirely new revenue stream
• Build and customize your own AI agents to automate repetitive workflows
Just as MSPs manage IT infrastructure today, you will soon be able to manage AI infrastructure, and we’re giving you the first platform built specifically for that. The RMM will remain core to this vision — it will become the operational foundation for deploying and managing these AI agents across your client base.
In parallel, Itarian is also evolving into “Patch Management+” — with built-in compliance and vulnerability management. This enables you to deliver enterprise-grade security assessments, continuous vulnerability scanning, automated patching, and compliance reporting (CIS 8.0, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST 800-53, PCI DSS and more) — all under your own brand. We are also expanding patch management support to Linux and macOS, so you can manage and secure every endpoint in your clients’ environments from a single platform.
You can generate professional reports for clients and auditors, track patch jobs, detect software drift, and provide clear remediation plans — turning compliance from a manual burden into a profitable, automated service.
Thank you again for your patience and for being part of this journey — the best is just ahead.
Best regards,

Wow very exiting. These innovations will likely become the most rewarding services MSPs can offer in the future.
However, as MSPs managing real-world networks every day, we still face critical challenges with the current RMM platform.
The feedback.itarian.com page is filled with dozens of requests — not just for UI improvements, but for core functionality enhancements that directly impact our ability to deliver reliable service.
These aren’t fringe requests — they’re foundational needs. And they’ve been consistently raised by users across the platform (for example in a your previous post you talked about UI redesign in the roadmap)
Thanks for listening — and for continuing to build a platform that evolves with us.
Great to hear — these updates are truly exciting and rewarding!
When it comes to UI/UX, every new feature launch will have an enhanced look and feel eg. Marketplace, Managed AI, Patch Management+ , carefully designed to make your workflows smoother and more efficient.
Our core RMM functionalities continue to be a top priority and are always factored into our planning. The 2025 Q4 roadmap includes some of the most highly requested features — including PowerShell and CMD batch scripting, Patch Management for Linux and macOS, and Advanced Reporting — along with several other key enhancements.
This year-end is set to be a major milestone for ITarian!
