Release Notes: ITarian Platform Update - February 05 2026

Hello ITarian Community,

We’re rolling out a minor release today for ITarian Platform. This release includes bug fixes.

The deployment is expected to take approximately 2 hours. While no service interruptions are expected, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you experience any issues afterward.

Deployment Schedule:

  • Thursday, February 05, 2026, at 02:00 AM EST (07:00 AM GMT), across US, EU and IN portals.

What’s in This Release
→ Extended Threat Detection to PowerShell 7 (pwsh.exe)

  • Embedded code detection is now enabled for pwsh.exe (PowerShell 7) in predefined Windows profiles.
  • Impact: Improves protection by ensuring scripts run with PowerShell 7 are monitored.

→ Fixed EDR Event Search Error

  • Resolved an issue where EDR Event Search returned “Invalid query string – Error Code: 2502” when navigating from the process timeline.
    Impact: Users can now reliably pivot from process tree events to EDR searches without query failures.

→ Restored Security Options on Itarian Portal

  • Resolved an issue where the Security Options button was missing from the device list in Itarian portals.
  • Impact: Users on Itarian portals can now access security actions consistently from the device panel.
