Release Notes: ITarian & Platform Update -October 21 2026

We’re excited to announce our upcoming release ITarian Platform, ! :sparkles:

The deployment is expected to take approximately 3 hours. While no service interruptions are expected, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you experience any issues afterward.

Release Schedule:

Platform Updates

What’s in This Release

► XCS for ARM — Windows ARM64 Enrollment and Bulk Installation
Bring Windows ARM devices under management with the same ease as any other endpoint. In both Device Enrollment (Enroll and Protect and Just Enroll) and Bulk Installation Package, the platform list now includes Windows ARM64 alongside Windows x64, x86 and the x86&x64 hybrid package. Select it, and the portal prepares a compatible XCS agent for those devices. That lets you manage Windows 11 ARM-based devices with XCS from the portal.

► Device List — Template Views
Take control of how your device list looks with the new Template view button in the device list toolbar. It opens a side panel where you can load any saved template from a dropdown, including the Default view template, and apply its column layout instantly. Build your own view from one searchable list of 33 columns, grouped as General, Desktop and Mobile. Name is fixed first, and the rest are alphabetical within each group.

  • General covers Active components, Customer, Device name, Device type, Last activity, Model, Notes, OS, OS version, Ownership type, Policy, Registered, Serial Number and Tags.
  • Desktop covers AD\LDAP, Agent update status, Client security status, Communication Client version, Device time zone, Domain\Workgroup, EXDR version, External IP, Last logged in user, Patch status, Processor, System manufacturer, System model, Third Party Patches and Virtual Desktop.
  • Mobile covers Battery level, Enrolled and IMEI.

Added columns sit side by side from the left, and widths adjust so device names show in full. Name your layout and save it as a template, and you’ll see a confirmation. You can also update, reset or delete a saved template, and deleting asks you to confirm first. Every admin in the same portal can use and manage these templates, which stay within that portal and are never shared across portals or customers.

► Roles — Faster Review of Assigned Users
The Assign Users tab now opens on the users already assigned to the role, so you can see who holds a role without paging through every user. The filter offers All, Assigned and Unassigned. Unassigned shows only users not yet in the role, with the Assign to Role action available. The tab returns to Assigned every time you open it.

► Procedures — Folder-Scoped Search and Tighter Access Controls
Find procedures faster and keep elevated actions with the right people. A new Search within current folder only checkbox sits at the top of the filter panel. It is on by default when a folder is selected and limits the Name filter to that folder. Uncheck it to search all procedures. With no folder selected, the checkbox is unchecked and disabled. A new role permission, configuration.procedures.run_as_localsystem, controls who can run procedures as the LocalSystem user. Users without it see only Run as Logged in User in the Run Procedure dialog.

Bug Fixes

► Profiles — Sections Enabled Automatically in XCS-Only Profiles
The ‘Client Logging Settings’, ‘Client Rebranding’ and ‘Remote Tools’ sections are no longer switched on automatically in XCS-only profiles.

► EXDR — Missing Alerts and Events Fix
Resolved an issue where some EXDR alerts and events were not appearing in the portal.

► Alert Search — File Name Search Fix
Searching by file name in Alert Search now returns the matching results in the table.
