Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where EDR alert emails in always included a link to the
US region, causing redirection errors for users in other regions. The alert links now
dynamically point to the correct region based on the user’s account location.
  • Fixed an issue where generating reports with the “Endpoint Security Status” date filter
resulted in empty content. Reports now populate correctly when a date range is applied.
  • Fixed an issue where reports were showing devices only from the first page of the device
group tree due to a pagination limit. Reports now load the full list of devices as
    expected.
  • Resolved an issue where exported CSV reports did not include all events when the data
spanned multiple pages. Reports now correctly reflect all entries, not just the final page.
  • Resolved an issue where the “Block all Microsoft Office documents containing macro script” option was not retained after exporting and importing security configurations. The setting now correctly persists during configuration transfers.

As we move toward 2026, it is increasingly concerning that no clear roadmap has been shared with the community. Many of us have submitted dozens of feature requests over the years, yet there is little visibility into which of these are being prioritized or when they will be delivered.
A transparent roadmap is not optional — it is essential. MSPs rely on ITarian to plan their services, allocate resources, and reassure clients that the platform is evolving in line with real-world needs. Without this clarity, partners are left guessing, which undermines confidence and slows adoption.

We strongly urge ITarian to publish a high-level roadmap for 2026 and explicitly indicate which community requests are scheduled for implementation. This would demonstrate responsiveness, rebuild trust, and allow partners to align their strategies with the platform’s future direction.

Hello @datalink . The roadmap planning is in its final stages, and we will be sharing it with the community very soon.
We have some exciting updates included in the plan, and we look forward to revealing them shortly.
