Hello ITarian Community,
We’re rolling out a new update to ITarian today! This release includes targeted improvements and bug fixes aimed at improving overall performance and usability. The deployment will take around 2 hours to complete. No service disruption is expected, but if anything unusual comes up post-update, we’re here to help.
Deployment Schedule:
- US & EU Region Portals: June 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM
What’s Included in This Update:
Improvements
- Implemented backend enhancements to improve platform performance, stability, and scalability across the web interface.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where new ITarian users were not prompted to configure two-factor authentication immediately after their first login, even when 2FA enforcement was enabled.
- Fixed a Polish translation typo in the “Create notifications on the portal” label under Alert Settings in Endpoint Manager. The corrected spelling now improves clarity for Polish-speaking users.
- Fixed an issue where script detail requests under Security > File Rating > Detected Scripts remained stuck in “Requested…” status, preventing users from viewing the requested script information.
