We have recently taken on a customer that utilises Microsoft Intune for device management and are looking for us to use TeamViewer to carry out remote control. They have the ability to request Remote Assistance through Intune using TeamViewer and they would rather this method be used so they can control access policies through Intune, rather than having us enforce a policy on them. This being the case, would it be possible to look into Comodo being integrated into Intune in the same way so that a user using Intune, could request remote assistance through Intune, in addition to the existing methods.
