Remote Control Issues

We are continuing to receive errors of “device not ready” when we try to access machines. I’d say we get about a 50% success rate. It seems as though the devices that have had older versions of the RMM or remote control are most likely to fail. Are others experiencing these issues? Looking at the logs we are getting things like:
