Remote issues

I am having issues with the remote function. I can not log in with the new CRC utility, after updating it today. I only tried it because the old Admin Console seems to really be lagging. When I try to log into the CRC console, it tells me that my email is user name is not found.

The two regions shown in the (new) CRC window refers to where your C1 account was created and is currently being hosted. One way to determine on which region your C1 account is being hosted is to check the URL of the C1 portal. If it is “one.comodo.com”, then it is in Europe. If it is “one-us.comodo.com”, then it is in USA. For the meantime Please log in using EU region.
