Remove Windows 10 Upgrade patch from Patch Management

I am trying to remove the Windows 10 upgrade from patch management. I have disapproved it and tried to hide it many times but many of my clients still show it as an available patch. How can i get this completely removed

Please send us an email at c1-support@comodo.com so we can further escalate this issue, with the Patch Management logs from one of the endpoints where the Windows 10 upgrade still shows up.
The logs can be found here:

  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Comodo\Comodo One Patch Management Agent\logs.
  • C:\ProgramData\ComodoPatchAgentUpdaterInstallUpdate.log file
Also, please include a screenshot of the Patch Management with the disabled Windows 10 upgrade.
