Is there a client side report that can be branded?
I am looking for something to let my customers know what has been happening with their anti virus once a week.
The reports that are in the top bar look good but they have itarian written on them

Dont worry, Just tried the other reports in there and they are fine (other than no logo) should of looked at them all first.
The other thing that could be improved is the email is being sent from itarian and would be best sent from out own email. is this possible?
You can add your own logo to these reports by clicking on Management>Account and the clicking the Upload button under the Logo section. You can also add your support email and support phone number underneath that, which will appear at the bottom of your reports.
As of right now, only the outgoing emails sent from Service Desk can be configured to come from a custom email address.
