Goodmorning everyone,
I’m new to the forum.

thank you all for your help.
Hello @Alessandro,
Welcome to the forum page site of Comodo. Yes, you may generate a report on Comodo One. Please refer to the link below on how you may generate a report.

Since not all reports are available on the C1 portal, you may use a script to generate the report. Please visit the link for the sample scripts that will generate a report for you. You may also visit scripts.comodo.com for more scripts.

Thank you and please let us know if the guide above works for you.
While I love Comodo One and all the awesome things it gives me for free (and enhances with my subscription to the security software), I feel that reporting is weak and should be something to be focused on.
With that said, I’m seeing in the screenshot from the https://help.comodo.com/topic-289-1-716-11180-Reports.html link - there’s a ton of reports listed, but on my console, I have none. Are there canned reports that I’m missing out on?
At the very least, it would be nice if there was a way to simply export the lists of devices, patches, apps, etc, from the various points throughout the app - anything that has an indexed/filtered list - just give me a button to export that list to a CSV. That would be great.
Please check roles and permissions. You might not have permission to see reports. Manage Roles, Managed Desktop Services, Comodo One | COMODO
Hmm - yeah, all options are checked. I cloned the admin role, added my personal account to that role, then confirmed that all reporting was enabled, and still nothing.
Even as account administrator I do not see these reports - actually, I have two different Comodo One accounts, and from within either one, I’ve never seen these other reports before…
