I suspect that this is on the road map and I have read that it was due to be released last year.
Is it possible to export/report on procedure logs and monitoring logs for multiple computers i.e. all with a company?

As of now these features is not yet available on ITSM. However, we have been informed that the implementation of the feature (export/report on procedure logs) is on our roadmap and planned to be delivered by the end of Q2 2018 and for feature (export/report on monitoring logs), we will provide you an email notification for any updates regarding this request and its timeline once it is prioritized on the road-map for a delivery.
