For each of the reports per a client. Is there a way that we can put more details in the report such as each PC name and what the patch(s) Managed PC’s and Antvirus / Quarantine went with. The more details in the reports the better. Is this something that can be added in fairly quickly?

You can generate detailed Antivirus/Quarantine/Malware/Inventory reports in ITSM - Dashboard- Reports, they will include the device’s name as well as other detailed information depending on the type of report generated. The Executive reports generated from C1 Dashboard will contain a general overview without including too many details.
