RMM Administration Console

I’m a new user and have been using this for about a week with few problems. Today, however, it will not log on. The web version works, but not the desktop app. States I have a network error. Is the system down? And yes, I have rebooted.


I have similar issues, I assumed it was from the update last night.

Have you got this issue resolved?? I have not been able to access my clients all day, this is getting to be all too common of an occurrence. I may need to talk to my rep, to see if I can get a discount on my end point security, for all the overtime I now have to work to get caught up, oh yeah, I forgot, my endpoint security does not work right now either…:frowning:
