RMM Agent access through HTTP Proxy

Hi,

Is there any set sin the RMM agent to force it to use the defined HTTP proxy in IE, Chrome or Firefox?

I have a couple of customers with Barricuda’s etc. that I can not get the agent to talk through and I must be missing something.

Hi guys,
I have a similar problem. I’m trying to deploy the package (bulk) but every each user has his proxy username/password. How do I get the proxy config in the bulk package?
