Sometimes, the RMM agent opens with the history screen and a user may be confused on how to chat since the menu has Home & History. I’ve just noticed that on another agent installation, the name is Chat & Jobs (which is better). And if the Chat is highlighted more, it would be even better.
In addition, when the session is established, it might be better to rename the Cancel button to Disconnect.
