RMM client goes unavalible

now i have had a support tickit about this… im not sure where it ended…

but i do get a feeling that it was a knowen bug that has been fixed…

my question is:

when you guys do updates to the RMM system along with the agent. Does the agent auto update? or do i need to go in manually and update the agent on every node?

The agent must be updated manually on the machines.

super… can we have a poll where this perhaps could happen by itself?

If not update itself, can we use app install to push the update to all the clients?

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Both RMM and Patch agents has auto update feature. They will be updating themselves with each version change.
