RMM Gets uninstalled when support used GeekBuddy

This is more of an FYI than anything. But I was working Comodo support on an issue and they had me install GeekBuddy to provide remote support. This uninstalled RMM Agent. Wondering if this is a known issue and if there is a workaround or a fix soming down the pipe

Yes, we are aware of this. Both Geekbuddy and RMM use the similar platforms that might cause this. We notified our support team to be careful about this.
