Rmm - itsm


I’ve added the ITSM module and tried to click the link to upgrade RMM… This tells me that ITSM is still being deployed, Its been in the sate now for around 12 hours! Has anybody else seen this issue

We are sorry to hear that you are encountering issues with the ITSM provisioning. Please click on the Licensed Applications button from Comdoo One and the ITSM should be there but i might have two spinning arrows on it. Please let us know if that is the case and send us a screenshot along with the email address that you used to register the subscription to c1-support@comodo.com and we will assist you accordingly.
