RMM Policy Management "Policy Apply Failed"

Hi,

I cannot apply any policies! historically applied policies are working but if I try to apply any of my policies to new devices that are “Available” it shows under applied policies in RMM Console however if I expand the Actual policy and its devices the new devices show “Apply Failed”

As we have not seen this happen before would it be possible for you to provide us some RMM Console logs and RMM Agent logs from one of the affected machines?
We will need to take a look at these logs in order to understand what happened.
I’ve sent you an email requesting these logs. Please attach them in a reply tot that email.
