I’m very confused about RMM. I signed up and logged in to one.comodo.com. I then click on applications at the top and the click on RMM. This takes me to device management? I have a few servers already listed. However, I’m confused because if I click on a server, I don’t see much of anything being monitored besides patch management. According to the website, comodo monitors device health but I see nothing of any value in here. Am I looking in the wrong place?

I’m not even sure if I’m talking about about one or the other. What I’m looking for is remote monitoring and management for my servers and workstation. I want to be able to monitor things like disk space, the event logs, cpu usage, and it would be great of it would monitor hardware like if a hard drive dies, a service stops, antivirus isn’t found, etc.

The ‘RMM’ option that you saw under Applications → ITSM is considered a legacy module and will soon be decommissioned to make way for the the new Comodo Remote Control (CRC) and the ITSM portal. As of this posting, many of the functionalities present in the (old) RMM have yet to be ported over to the new CRC.
As @dittoit mentioned, you may want to sign in to the Comodo Academy to learn more on how to navigate through the many features of the Comodo ONE (C1) platform.
