RMM Service constant floppy drive activity

Well, I don’t know what changed, but last week I started receiving a complaint about a noisy computer.

Come to find out RMMService.exe was causing continuous activity on a floppy drive with no disk in it. Try listening to the grinding away of a floppy drive continually for days. I’ve disabled the floppy drive in device manager, as it’s not likely we’ll need to use it, and restarted the RMM Service.

May we know if this is the only enrolled endpoint that has a floppy drive that produced this issue?
