We are currently seeing up to 2GB of memory being used by RMMService.exe. We have had to disable the RMMService on all or our virtual machines where it is running due to this problem. We have 20 XP virtual machines and this is a major problem especially on those machines as they should not require more than 2GB of memory
Please advise on what we should do.

Hi nct, the issue appears to be resolved now. I’m not sure if it was the update or that it will happen again. Only time will tell.
I have had a laptop have issues with CPU, I removed and reinstall CCC and all is good with no memory or CPU issues.
I’m guessing a stuck command or failed updated component.
I’m guessing the upgrade effectively did this for you.
