IF such an incident occurs again, we assure you that we will reach out to all possible communication channels (email, forum, your ITarian consultant, etc.) so that you, our valuable customers, will be informed quickly of any system-breaking bugs and include fixes or possible workarounds for them.

@smartcloud & @libretech The Comodo team use the forum to make these types of announcements usually, and as an MSP I follow it. There was a notification about the hotfix release placed within Comodo One under News and Notifications and earlier this week on https://status.one.comodo.com, but this item on the status page has now cleared. I’ve been advised due to the way the team operates, the quickest method of communicating with us is via the forum.
