Running the Cost Report hangs

When trying to run the cost reports, the system just hangs and doesn’t do anything. I have tried in Chrome, Edge and Internet Explorer. Have been trying to run this report for 4 days now.

@Rick_C It is still happening. It is when I run the report for the previous month.
