Samsung S Voice - False Positive?

Hi,

The MDM detects “Android.Trojan.Generic” in Samsungs S Voice “com.samsung.voiceserviceplatform”.

I can’t whitelist it from the ITSM.

Hi @Noiden, kindly submit a copy of the file at https://www.comodo.com/home/internet-security/submit.php. Then on ITSM, go to Security Sub-system >Antivirus look for the file Samsung S Voice, then move it to quarantine and rate it as “Trusted” then restore to device.
