Looking at the scheduling parameters we only see options for choosing daily/weekly/monthly, and when drilling down into the monthly option we need to select a date. If we wanted to run updates every 3rd Thursday of each month we would need to manually set this schedule each month. Is there any workaround, or option others are using when updating on a monthly basis? We want to stay away from updating around Microsoft’s updating day in case problems surface in our testing environment. Also liked Thursday (two days from patch Tuesday) as it gives us a day to potentially resolve any issues on Friday.
