Script Request: script to install a Mac .PKG silently on endpoints without MDM

I have several Mac OS endpoints that I would like to install a pre-packaged .PKG installer, but I want it to do it silently (not ask for user to click NEXT) and to work with Mac OS X clients that are not controlled with MDM.

Thoughts?
