Scripts not working??

Hi All.

Particularly interested in getting using a script which informs me of hard disk SMART status. I get the following error for each machine via email.

Using “Alerts if health status changes in the S.M.A.R.T status of hard drives”

“Device Name: Lenovo-PC
Logged on User: Owner
Data: Traceback (most recent call last):
File “”, line 101, in
File “”, line 66, in information
ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10: ‘–’”

Also get similar script errors for "Email Device Heath Report over the week in CSV file format "

Is there something I missed or need to setup in order to run these scripts or are they outdated?

Thanks in advance.

Andrew

Hello @a1pcs

We feel sorry for the error caused to you. But this not the problem with the script we provided. We have used native windows tool that can give inspection on error checking for disks but it seems fails nowadays.
So, we are about to create the feature request to our dev team to make this default option in our ITSM. So, hope you can monitor Disk fail from our ITSM portal itself soon.

Thank you for your patience.
