Anyone else seeing major performance issues with SD? Currently trying to delete a ticket and its taking several minutes to complete.
Seems to be working ok performance wise here in Texas!

It is indeed unusual for a ticket deletion to take too long. I have tried replicating your issue and was able to delete a ticket within a couple of seconds .We will investigate the issue occurring on your end and create a support ticket for you
has been much slower since last update…
some days it is quick; but most is now slower.
