Security logs empty

Hi,

A client just called me that his financial software was blocked.
The security eventlogs in XCitium are all empty!.

I just checked on the clients computer and I see the blocked programs in the client logs:

I tried it from multiple browsers on my side. I also don’t see any applied filters in the search menu.
Is there anything broken after the recent update are is there any work in progress?

As a temporary solution I had to uninstall XCitium client from his computer :woozy_face:

I think it’s resolved.
I can see the logs again.

Hopefully it was just work in progress on the platform.

Clearing your browser cache often helps.

As @nct says, after upgrades often things do not display correctly due to cache on browsers; and clearing the cache solves the issues.
