Notes about the platform update:
Once it starts, the platform will be on maintenance mode for 4 hours (early hours of the day, US Eastern time). We expect to have no service outage in general. If you observe any brief connectivity issues, please retry later in the day.
So, here are the news!
- Fixed the issue of triggering RAM monitor removed from profile.
- Fixed the issue of event ID monitor not produces alters.
- Fixed the issue of ticket status in different platforms.
- Fixed the issue of not producing logs.

I have had over 35,000 emails from event id monitors since you released this update please can it be looked at as a priority it’s ridiculous and has completely locked up our ticket system

Not seen any issues yet but none of our clients are online.
